We strive to maintain the independence, individuality and dignity of all service users within a caring, safe and supportive atmosphere, and are sensitive to each individual’s ever changing needs. Our rehabilitation/recovery focussed services provide safe and nurturing environments for males and females who require multi-disciplinary specialist support. They may have stepped down from more secure environments, hospital or other rehabilitation services. We provide clearly defined pathways for individuals requiring focussed support during periods of transition. Our goal is to prepare those people in our care for sustained recovery by equipping them with the right skills and tools to manage in the next step of their journey whatever that may be, ideally living as independently as they can in a community setting.

Our support is designed to help achieve positive outcomes for individuals. For this to be effective, we believe that individuals must be recognised and supported as active assessors of their own needs whenever possible, planners of their own support and services and co-producers of their own outcomes.

Our intention is to ensure that appropriate and risk managed care and support are provided by our core team within a purpose built therapeutic environment.
